For Lumidot, the offline connect-the-dots and colour-by-number puzzle
Lumidot collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and nothing to buy; the app requests no Android permissions and never opens a network connection. Your pictures, your progress and your gallery live on your handset.
Lumidot is made and published by AM Tec d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, which releases its apps under the name EmberRidge Games. Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Slovenia's Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), that company would be the controller for any personal data the app processed. It processes none, so the role has nothing attached to it.

A small file in the app's private storage, holding the work in progress and nothing else:
Nothing in it identifies you: no name, email address, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier or device identifier. The file never leaves the phone and we never see it.
Finished pictures are kept locally so you can look back at them. There is no upload, no account to attach them to, no sharing feature inside the app and nothing that compares your work with anyone else's. Nobody sees your gallery unless you show them the phone.
Apps of this kind often offer to turn your own photographs into a colouring page, which means camera or gallery access and, in most cases, an upload to somebody's server to do the conversion. Lumidot does none of that: it cannot read your photos, it has no camera permission, and every picture in it was drawn for the app in advance.
Every picture, both language versions and the palettes are compiled into the app. Nothing is fetched while you play, no picture loads on demand, and no daily image arrives from anywhere — which is why the app behaves identically with the handset in flight mode.
No advertising library, so nothing plays between pictures, nothing must be watched to open the next one, and no advertising profile is built from what you colour. No analytics library and no crash reporter, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces leave the handset — we do not know which pictures you finish or how long you spend on them. No billing library, so no picture, palette or hint is for sale and no payment data exists. No account, no sync, no leaderboard.
Lumidot requests no Android runtime permissions: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.
None. The app opens no connection to our servers or to anyone else's, so nothing leaves the handset to be intercepted and nothing arrives that could change its behaviour after installation.
Installing or updating Lumidot is a transaction between you and Google, handled under Google's own privacy policy and its agreement with you. What reaches us is the aggregated, anonymous developer console view — installs, ratings, country totals — which identifies nobody.
If a future version ever touches the network, this page is rewritten before that version is published and the change stated plainly.
Connecting dots and filling in colours suits any age, and the pictures are drawn to stay that way. Since nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children, and there are no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no links out and nothing to buy — so there is no way for a child to disclose anything or spend money in the app.
The General Data Protection Regulation and ZVOP-2 give you the right to ask whether your personal data is processed, obtain a copy, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Every one of those needs data in our hands, and there is none — we will confirm that in writing if it is useful for your records.
Your progress and gallery are removed by resetting them in the app, clearing the app's data in Android settings, or uninstalling Lumidot. Because nothing is synced, that also means finished pieces cannot be recovered by us or moved to a new phone for you — they exist in one place, which is the trade that keeps them private.
Complaints may be addressed to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or to the supervisory authority where you live, though a note to us usually settles things sooner.
This page is updated only when the app changes in a way that affects privacy, and the date near the top changes with it. Builds already installed keep behaving exactly as described.
